Arizona Rangers Disbanded

The legislature, seeking to take away all prerogative and power from Governor Joseph Henry Kibbey, overrides his veto and disbands the Arizona Rangers. The legislature says they would rather trust a local constable than "Rangers responsible only to the Governor."
