Bill Read, senior vice president of the Flinn Foundation, and Bruce Dusenberry, chair of Arizona Town Hall, talk about capitalizing on Arizona's art and culture.
Since 1962, Arizona Town Hall has served as a kind of citizen-run think tank. The independent, nonprofit membership organization brings Arizonans from throughout the state, from a diversity of professions and ethnic backgrounds, to identify critical issues facing the state and to foster leadership development.
The town hall that convenes today addresses the issue of capitalizing on the state’s arts and culture. Bruce Dusenberry, chairman of the board for Arizona Town Hall, and Dr. Bill Read, senior vice president of the Flinn Foundation, join Arizona Illustrated to explain why the arts represent such a dynamic possibility for the state's economic development.
