Jesse Kelly will face incumbent Democrat Gabrielle Giffords in the November general election. Other winners include Republican Governor Jan Brewer, who will face Democrat Terry Goddard in November. John McCain won his GOP U.S. Senate primary and will face Democrat Rodney Glassman in November.
