The Tucson Wildlife Center has provided rescue and rehabilitation services for Southern Arizona's wild animal population since 1998, caring for injured or lost animals that have nowhere else to go.

The around-the-clock work done at the Wildlife Center has inspired Amber Norgaard, a Tucson-based singer/songwriter, to dedicate a song in the Center's honor, called Unexpected Grace.

Because the Wildlife Center is not usually open to the public, the song's accompanying video, produced by filmmaker, UA Hanson Film Institute fellow and Wildlife Center volunteer Marcus De Leon, provides a unique look inside the facility to show what they do.

The Tucson Wildlife Center's phone number is 290-WILD.
