Tucson is No. 2 on a new list of the best cities in the United States in which to find a job.

CareerBliss, a job search website with more than 3 million available jobs, released data Tuesday on the best and worst cities to find a job, ranking the cities on "employee happiness", unemployment trends and job availability, the Phoenix Business Journal reported.

Only Los Angeles beat out Tucson.

“To find a city that has a great job market, you must look beyond just one factor,” Heidi Golledge, CEO and co-founder of Irvine, Calif.-based CareerBliss, was quoted as saying.

The "employee happiness score" was determined from independent employee reviews analyzing factors such as work-life balance, relationships with supervisors and co-workers, job resources, compensation and company reputation.
