Sunnyside School Board Candidates Debate

Voters have until May 20 to mail in ballots to decide recall election; five candidates are seeking two seats on board. by Fernanda Echavarri

Voters in the Sunnyside School District have until May 20 to mail in their ballots for a recall election of two governing board members.

Five candidates are seeking two seats on the board, two are sitting board members, and three are hoping to serve the rest of those board members’ terms.

The candidates are:
