Ducey's Budget Out Friday; Will It Fix State Finances?

Arizona faces $1B deficit in next fiscal year, and balancing spending package won't come easy.

Gov. Doug Ducey will release his budget proposal Friday in Phoenix, revealing how he plans to deal with what is projected in the next fiscal year to be a $1 billion deficit.
