What began as friends helping each other grow backyard gardens in Tucson's Barrio Centro neighborhood has grown into a vibrant community space. By sharing skills, promoting place-based connections, and listening to each other’s stories Flowers & Bullets is creating sustainable ways of living. The organization was able to buy an abandoned school and is creating a farm and health and wellness center for the community.

Lo que empezó como amigos cultivando jardines en sus patios traseros del Barrio Centro en Tucson se ha convertido en un espacio comunitario vibrante. Flowers & Bullets ha creado modos de vida sostenibles a través de las habilidades compartidas, promoviendo las conexiones basadas en el lugar y el transmitir las historias del uno al otro. Esta organización compró una escuela abandonada y la transformó en una granja y un centro de salud y bienestar para la comunidad.
