Ted Downing, a former state representative from District 28, discusses the Constitution.

The world has watched as several Middle East nations have said "enough" and demanded democracy. Anthropologist and former state representative Ted Downing has contributed to civic discussion as a longtime political participant and a fervent advocate of the constitution. He joins Arizona Illustrated for a studio interview.
