For Karrie Kressler and her father Fred Kressler their adventure consisted of riding their bicycles more than 2,000 miles from Washington State to Washington, DC. It was a dream come true for him, and an unforgettable bonding opportunity for both of them.
-University of Arizona student Daniela Gonzalez travels more than 10,000 miles to improve her Russian language skills. She visits Kazakhstan in Central Asia, which she has found to be fascinating in many ways.
-And, Tucson residents Jim Sabbet and Monique Van Sickle met while they were working for different companies in California. They are now a married couple with decades in the travel industry as flight attendants.
