A Salad and Go location after bankruptcy sits on the corner of Speedway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. on Aug. 15, 2026.

Drive-thru coffee chain Seven Brew has won the auction to purchase bankrupt fast-food chain Salad and Go’s former restaurant locations.

Seven Brew and Dutch Bros Coffee competed for a portfolio of 73 Salad and Go restaurants, where 41 of them located in Arizona, with the remaining restaurants located in Texas, Nevada and Oklahoma.

Salad and Go, which started in Gilbert, Arizona, in 2013, filed for bankruptcy on August 4.

Brew Culture LLC, which operates 7 Brew, submitted the winning bid of about $143.2 million for 73 Salad and Go sites, according to bankruptcy court filings.

Dutch Bros' first bid in August at $105 million. That was later surpassed by 7 Brew in a “non-bulk sale” in a Texas auction on August 31.

Another court hearing is set for September 21 to approve the sale. Other parties have until September 17 to object before the sale is final.
